And If
(by Mihai Eminescu)

If branches hit the window blind
And poplars tilt in fear,
It is to have you in my mind
and slowly bring you near

And if stars rise above the lake
Their light in waters caught,
It is my suffering to break
and cheer up my thought.

And if dark clouds now go away
And shines the moon on sky
It is so I remember as today
to never let you die.
